Last updated: October 19, 2026
Welcome to Lureto Gallery. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, webshop, and related services. By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read these terms carefully before using our webshop or making a purchase.
1. COMPANY INFORMATION
This webshop is operated by:
Registered company name: SenFi specialist
Webshop / Brand name: Lureto Gallery
Website: www.lureto-gallery.com
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 87458497
Registered business address: Feijenoorddijk 86, 3071RG Rotterdam, The Netherlands
Email address: info@lureto-gallery.com
In these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SenFi specialist, trading as Lureto Gallery. The terms “you,” “your,” and “customer” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing our products.
2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our webshop, including customers who browse, purchase products, or otherwise interact with our services.
Our webshop is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you make a purchase on behalf of a business or another legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible, including their descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and other characteristics.
However, colours and appearances may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and other factors. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not always represent the exact appearance of a product in every environment.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product descriptions, change product availability, and discontinue products at any time, subject to applicable law and any orders already accepted.
We do not guarantee that every product will always be available for purchase.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our webshop at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before you complete your order. The final amount payable will be shown before you confirm your purchase.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where permitted by law.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
If a pricing, promotional, or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to take appropriate corrective action in accordance with applicable law. We will not be entitled to disregard an accepted order merely because we subsequently wish to charge a higher price.
5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Placing an order through our webshop constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under the terms displayed at checkout.
After submitting an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, unless otherwise stated.
A purchase agreement is formed when your order is accepted by us in accordance with the information provided during checkout and applicable law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where legally justified, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions, material pricing errors, product unavailability, or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order in accordance with applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information when placing an order.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We primarily serve customers in Europe and may also offer delivery to other countries, depending on product availability and the destinations supported by our webshop.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be displayed during checkout or communicated through our shipping information.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Actual delivery times may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will fulfil our delivery obligations in accordance with applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection legislation specifies a delivery deadline or provides remedies for delayed delivery, those rights will apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
For international deliveries, additional customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees may apply. Where such charges are payable by the recipient, they are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
If you are a consumer purchasing from the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. For orders involving multiple goods delivered separately, special rules may apply.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement sent to:
Email: info@lureto-gallery.com
Address: Feijenoorddijk 86, 3071RG Rotterdam, The Netherlands
You may use the following wording:
“I hereby inform you that I wish to withdraw from my purchase contract for the following product(s): [product name and order number]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date].”
You do not have to use this exact wording, provided your intention to withdraw is clear.
If you withdraw from a purchase, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where required by law. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method may not be reimbursed.
We will make the reimbursement within the period required by applicable law, generally no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
You must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. You may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where the law permits this and you were properly informed before purchasing.
You may handle and inspect goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to certain products under applicable law, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods, and other statutory exceptions.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND LEGAL GUARANTEES
We are committed to supplying products that comply with the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not conform to the purchase agreement, please contact us at info@lureto-gallery.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where appropriate.
We will assess your request and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
Consumers in the Netherlands and other applicable jurisdictions may benefit from statutory conformity rights and legal guarantees. These rights exist independently of any voluntary commercial return policy.
Nothing in these terms reduces or excludes any mandatory legal guarantee or consumer protection right.
9. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND WEBSITE USE
If our webshop allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with its operation.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with website security, introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent information, or use our services in violation of applicable laws.
We may restrict or terminate access to an account or our services where there is a lawful and reasonable basis to do so.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content on our website, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SenFi specialist, trading as Lureto Gallery.
This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view and use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
Our webshop is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce infrastructure used to operate our online store.
Certain services, including payment processing, shipping, analytics, and other functionalities, may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and policies.
We are responsible for our obligations to you as the seller under the applicable purchase agreement. Shopify's role as our platform provider does not remove our obligations under mandatory consumer protection law.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent that applicable law permits such limitations, but nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
We process personal data in connection with operating our webshop, handling orders, processing payments, arranging deliveries, responding to enquiries, and meeting our legal obligations.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
Information about the personal data we collect, how we use it, the legal bases for processing, data retention, sharing with service providers, and your privacy rights should be provided in our separate Privacy Policy.
By using our webshop, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as necessary to provide our services and fulfil our legal obligations. This does not replace any consent required by law for optional cookies, marketing, or other processing activities.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to that restriction, we will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of our breach of these terms or for losses arising from circumstances for which we are not legally responsible.
Where legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights and remedies available under the law applicable to their purchase.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent it results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, disruptions to transportation, interruptions in telecommunications, or widespread failures of essential services.
Where such circumstances affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and communicate with affected customers where appropriate.
This section does not remove any mandatory consumer rights, including rights to cancel an order or obtain a refund where required by applicable law.
15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our business, webshop, legal obligations, or operational practices.
The latest version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
Changes will apply from the time they are published, unless a different effective date is stated. They will not retroactively alter an existing purchase agreement where doing so would be contrary to applicable law.
We encourage customers to review these terms periodically.
16. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the country where a consumer resides.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, choosing Dutch law will not deprive you of protections afforded to you by provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence where those provisions apply mandatorily.
If you have a complaint or dispute concerning an order, please contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
Nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
17. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Any invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced, where legally possible, in a manner that most closely reflects its original purpose without infringing applicable law.
18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service, together with any applicable policies and the terms expressly presented during checkout, govern your use of our webshop and your purchases from Lureto Gallery.
In the event of a conflict between these terms and mandatory legal requirements, the mandatory legal requirements will prevail.
Any additional terms that apply to a particular product, service, or promotion will be communicated where applicable.
19. CONTACT INFORMATION
